Yes, there is an Arterton connection with Gravesend/Northfleet, I'll have to dig out the paperwork for it.

Have found out the Hollands are/were a large gypsy family - father-in-law pleased to know that what was long a family myth is confirmed...I hope!


Hi! I'm currently researching William Hulland too. I have a family member who tells me he was a showman, but the details are lacking and the census returns don't offer any support. Any info would be great!
