Brian Cantwell's transcription for St. Manna's Cemetery

I am looking for the transcription from Mr Cantwell's "Index to Graveyards" for a Francis Furlong  from St. Manna's Cemetery for Place name Taghmon, County Wexford, Province Leinster. All I know is that it should be in Volumes 5 - 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
