I've assembled a spreadsheet of over 100 Vines families from Leics. N'thants and Rutland knowing that they all come from a tight area along the three counties borders and are probably related. It is fascinating how using the censuses you can trace the migration of so many of them westwards via the villages either side of the A47. They were obviously drawn to Leicester and industrial work like moths to a candle as industrialisation made their ag lab jobs even more untenable.  I was aware of these families as a result but did not have the 1841 details.
