has anyone seen any memorials with these names in kirkbean churchyard  thanks csc
DUMFRIES. KERR,DICKSON,BELL,HETHERINGTON,HILL
CUMBERLAND, CHARLTON,YOUNG,SPARKS,HEWITT,IRELAND. 
ORKNEY,CURSITER,DREVER,PEACE,COOPER,    
FAIR ISLE, MALCOLMSON,LESLIE.

I checked the Volume 7 Monumental Inscriptions pre 1855 for Kirkbean and all
surrounding graveyards, but no luck. I assume its pre 1855 you are looking for.

hi james thanks for you reply  peter/pat cassady died 1860 his wife christina mackay abt 1863 they lived at lorry lea???? carsethorn pat was from ireland christina from kirkbean they married 1804 munches domestic  their son adam was married to janet dickson daughter of adam/janet maxwell from my family  csc
