Can anyone help me read the names of the family at number 47 please?
It is from a 1930 Census in Georgia, USA

I can make out:
Jones Rhodie
??? Sarah
Roberson Willie F.

What is Sarah's surname?

leighton

yes, I agree that the surname looks like Barnes .... But -
If Willie F's surname on the line below, is Roberson, then that means there is a tail on a letter of Sarah's surname. Can't think what else the surname might be  ???

I agree that Barnes is the most likely, but why does the letter r extend down to the letter o of Roberson?

I thought perhaps Baynes.

Anyway, thanks for your input.
