I'm looking for the death of my 2 x gt grandfather, who was born and married in India but then left his family and went to live in Jersey, where he bought a hotel.  I have family records that he died in 1919 but obviously cannot be certain of this.
I have traced his life in India and he used two different names... Henry Alexander Thomas Smith and also Henry deCoursey Smith.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi Cynn.  I hope this is my gggrandfather !  Was he married to Charlotte nee Campion abt 1867 India?
His father was Henry Wilmot Smith. Had sons Frederick (my ggrandfather) and Henry Wilmot , also daughters Laura and Eva. Maybe other children.
