A Saxstead will, c1762

Can anyone tell me where I would be able to find details of a will, probably of around 1762 or slightly earlier, made by a yeoman of Saxstead? Would this come under Suffolk or Norfolk Records Office?

Almost certainly Suffolk I would have thought.  Definitely worth trying the SRO first.

You will find many Suffolk wills in the Norfolk Record Office online catalogue. 
http://nrocat.norfolk.gov.uk/Dserve/public/searches/nroprobate.htm
Just search for SAXTEAD - (note the spelling).

Names like Pipe, Pemberton, Richards, Ashford and more come up around the date you mention).

You can also search National Archives Documents On-line (there is a link on the NROCAT wills search page.
