NY-John William Williams

I have John William Williams born 24 Jun 1856 Starky Yates, New York, U.S.A. John died 30 Aug 1941 in Laceyville, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. according to his death certificate.
I can not find him in any of the census´.
John was married to Setitia Austin born 2 Aug 1857 in Cameron Milles, Stuben, New York,U.S.A.
I would like to know if they can be found in any of the census´.
I would like more info on Setitia Austin. Her name might also have been spelled Letitia.

He's widowed listed as boarder.  Living with Samuel and Sarah Ostrander.  John H. Williams, b. Oct 1890, is there also listed as nephew.

Reuben is Reuben Robert White according to WW1 draft with wife Sarah Maud White living at 806 Moore Street, Elmira. Chemung. Occupation:- Machinist.

Here are some links to some other census.  This looks like it could be daughter Lena.

In 1910,  I found a Lena M Williams living with her grandmother Margaret Austin in Rathbone, Steuben County, NY.   Margaret has had 5 children, 2 living.

In 1900, Lena is also with her grandparents, Margaret and William Austin.  In this one, she is listed as Lena Austin.
