Parents are Charles James Watts and Emily Blanche Edith Stevens.

In 1878, Charles James Watts (born Hoxton) married Emily Edith Blanche Stevens (born St. Kilda), Reg#274.

Emily Blanche Edith Stevens born 1859, Prahran, Reg#6452.
Parents are listed as Edwin Stevens and Adelaide Hatch.

Parents listed as Edwin Stevens and Adelaide Hatch.

TROVE has a death notice for Emily WATTS, d 12/6/1903

WATTS.-On the 12th June, at 61 Barkly-street,
Footscray, Emily Blanche Edith, relict of the late
Charles James Watts, sen., "Rosevale," Brighton,
and second daughter of the late Edwin and Adelaide
Stevens, of Windsor. Sydney papers please copy.
