Could this be Catherine Austin

Hi, I have a photo of a lady with a child, I believe that the lady is Catherine Austin who was born 1868, married 1892 died 1905.  The child I believe is Sarah Rebecca Austin born 1888, possible about 6 or 7 years old?

Can anyone give me a clue as to the date this picture could have been taken, I note that the lady is wearing a wedding ring, so this would indicate that the picture is taken after 1892, if the child is about 6 then this would make it about 1894?  After 1901 the lady appears on the census at an asylum, where she dies in 1905.

Any help would be gratefully received.

This is mid-late 1880's & a later enlargement of the original.As you can see this has been over sketched to bring out the detail.
