If you have her birth certificate, you will have her parent's names (you seem to know when she was born).
You know her siblings, and who she married.

So what information would you like help with?

Hi - I only have her father's name and Amy's dob trough family conversations. Not sure who mother was or family history conected with the BENDALLS. I believe they had interests in shop ownership?

getting the cert might be a start.

Perhaps the 1918 birth date is inaccurate - she would be 18 at marriage. But marriage could not have been in "early 30's" with a dob of 1918.

Out of interest Ebenezer dies 2001 age 84 in East Dorset
Do you know when / where Amy died?
The only Amy Hodgetts I can see is Sep 1993 in Leicester - age 80 (so a birth 1913ish)

Amy Hodgetts died in approx 1976 in Cumbria (Cockermouth)

She died on the evening of her 65th birthday I think. Which would make her dob around 1911 rather than 1918

I agree with Lizdb, the marriage certificate is the best first step.

Hopefully it will confirm her age and Father's name and occupation, which will hopefully lead to the family on the 1911 census.

Using the free index search there is a possible family, but has Amy Anna born 1909?
