I see Luke Jnr married Catherine ALLEN, 7 November 1824, Duffield, Derbyshire
(F/S.Org)

They then Baptise a LUKE 28 May 1826 St Marys, Nottingham

A GEORGE/MARY Goodjead Christened a LUKE Goodhead 5 March 1735 St Mary, Nottingham

They seem to have Married Derbys also;
26 July 1726, St Alkmund, Derby, Derbyshire
George GOODHEAD of St Marys Nottingham Parish to Mary POLLARD of Sandacre Parish
(FreeREG)

So a bit of back and forwards between the 2 Counties for some Goodheads.

On FreeREG I can see 7 Children to Samuel/Ann Baptisied Beeston  1755-1771 but no Luke

That looks good the 1831 Marriage Carol.
It is not Luke Jnr as he is with Wife Catherine 1851/1861 Census.

So it looks like Ann was born in 1761

There is this baptism

Ann Smith 25.10.1761 to Benjamin & Elizabeth at Arnold

She named one of her children Benjamin

I can't see much info about Goodheads in Beeston pre about 1750 but here are some burials listed there:

1776 11 14   Samuel   GOODHEAD   [age not given]
1784 10 17   Ann   GOODHEAD   [age not given]      Widow of Samuel

another one that caught my eye was this:
1749 08 31   Mary   GOODHEAD   [age not given ]      Wife of Ralph

Samuel called his first son Ralph so I would suspect that there may well be a connection there.
