St. James Bristol-Pearce & Knight

Hello great helpers, hope that you are all well. I am wondering if the marriage of the above ancestors Earl Pearce and Elizabeth Knight both of this parish St. James Bristol on the 3/11/1768 by banns, witnesses Francis Pearce and Sydenham Osborne.  Is this information the only writing in the Marriage Register 1768 . How can I find out more about Elizabeth Knight and where she came from, its hard to make a connection looking through other web pages, any help is always appreciated thanking you.
