raf base belfast

hi am looking for any information on a RAF camp in ardglass Belfast,my mum was stationed there and my dad and he was a Lancaster bomber ,am trying to  find out anything i can about the camp,it was during ww2 ,thank u xxxx the camp may have been called ardglass??

Ardglass is a fishing village in County Down. Not sure about RAF base near there but soldiers were certainly billeted there. There was a base at Bishops Court.

I am also looking for any information that might help me to find out exactly where I might have lived whilst both parents were stationed at RAF Bishopscourt during the 1960's.

I would also like to find out the name of the vessel that sailed us there from England.

My family name was Winterbottom and my father, Kenneth Alan Winterbottom was a sergeant in the RAF and I understand that he was a chef by trade, specialising in the making of spectacular cakes for regimental ceremonies and weddings.
My Mother Lyndis Mercia Winterbottom was in the WRAF.

In addition, I would love to know where me and my siblings went to school during that time.

Any information would be appreciated.

Younger children would have gone to a Primary School close to the base, Secondary education for service children in County Down was in Downpatrick.

As for a ship, it would have been the normal ferry service, the most likely route  Liverpool to Belfast

Thank you everybody for your comments. Unfortunately I have no surviving relatives to ask for information.
In addition my medical records cannot be found for that period.
I have no actual memories of being there and this gap in memory is perhaps my primary reason for searching for information.
It is my intention to visit Ardglass in the near future to see if this might help revive something.
