hi,looking for the were to+who thomas barter married in cardiff,he was born
in derbyshire in 1881,mother was mary ann barter,but lived with his grandmother
selina barter penny,in daisy st canton

He was single still in 1901:

1901 has Emma L Raymond as housekeeper to a John E Spear 48 widower she was single with a daughter Rose E Raymond aged 9

It was the * children that can be found with Thomas & Emma in 1911.
