I've looked through all the necessary records and there's nowhere that I can see a Barbara Taylor related to the family. There is one on the (?) 1901, married to a Robert Taylor, both aged 22, but I can't see a connection.

I think that George just made a mistake, poor lad

James Doull b1776 married Annie McIntosh b1788 dau of John McIntosh & Ann Mackain, she died 1875 Bilbster Wick, had the following children
1. Alex Doull b 1815 Wick d 1906 Wester, Wick marr Eliza Georgeson dau of Geo. Georgeson & Cath Moffat she was b1811 d 1885 Winless Wick.

2. Mary Doull b1813 Wick d1899 Black Isles, Watten she married Jas Adamson 1837 Watten, he was b1799 d1879 Black Isles Watten.

3. James Doull b1819 Wick.

4. Ann Doull b1830 Wick d 1888 Greenroad Wick, she marr Wm Swanson 1858 Wick son of Wm Swanson & Janet Stephen.

5. Christina Doull b 1834 Wick.


Alex Doull & Eliza Georgeson had the following children

1. Maryanne Doull b1842 Wick marr James Manson 1875 Pulteneytown, Wick

2. James Alexander McIntosh Doull b26 May 1850 Winless Wick baptised Free Church Wick d1900 Winless Wick  he married Margaret Taylor 1874 Halsary Watten dau of  Wm Taylor & Janet Campbell she was b1852 Stemster Forse d1880 Thurso.

3. Johan Doull b1850 she marr James Harper.

4. George Doull b1844 Wick bap Free Church Wick.

5. Catherine Doull b1855 she d1900 Riverside Wick.

Thanks for all of the information, I have looked on s/p website for Alexander and Eliza dom, found nothing. I did a search on Ancestry for their kids which I got. When I do a search for them on s/p only Mary Anne shows up.

Do you have their marriage date.

1. George Doull was b1879 Scrabster, Thurso, he marr (1) Isabella Dundas Bain Feb 1901 West UF Church Manse Pult. Wick she was b 1876 d 1902 Winless Wick.  He married (2) Mary Lawrie 1905 Gorgie Rd Edinburgh  dau of Wm Lawrie & Mary Allan.

2. Jessie Doull was b 1877 Stanstill Bower, she marr Geo Alex Henderson 1901 Sibster Wick son of David Henderson & Annie Andrew, he was b 1861 Swarclett Olrig & d 1947 Gersa Watten.

3. James A Doull b 1874 Stemster Forse, Latheron, he marr Elizabeth Oag 1905 Buchanan St Edinburgh dau of Geo Oag & Eliz Anderson.
