although on census his father seems to be Henry J Cox -on marriage entry Henry Arthur gives his father's name as Henry Arthur too???

I had found the marriage: 3q 1899 Brentford 3a 182, but no other details.

In 1901 they lived at 27, Luna Street, Chelsea London, and in 1911 50 Berrymead Gardens Acton Middlesex.
