All sorted out thanks to the wonderful people at the Devon Online Parish Clerk organization.

For the record, Anne was baptized in East Budleigh on the 27th November 1814, daughter of William Sanders, labourer, and Sarah Clarke.

Anne Saunders born 1816 in Budleigh Salterton would have come under East Budleigh Parish Register as the church in BS was not completed until 1900.  I will look her up for you as we hold these registers at the Museum in Budleigh.
