Could someone please look up the birth of Henry G Gow born around 1903

You can do that for yourself at www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk for a modest fee.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

have done  now looks like he was born in 1903, as i narrowed it down and there is only 1 Henry Guthrie Gow!

Excellent - you can now download an image of his birth certificate, which will tell you the names of his parents and (if they were married) the date and place of their marriage.

Where does the Guthrie come from? I have a lot of Guthries in my tree.

Hi not sure where Guthrie comes from yet I guess its a surname somewhere along the line its also my uncle and cousins middle name.
