Caroloviana 1995 (Vol 44) article request

I was chasing down a copy of an article in Carolovinia (1995) Vol 44 pp 82-83: "John Lawler KSG of Prairie du Chien" by Neven Martin. I am hoping it will name the "small village in Carlow" he was born in 1832.

Hi John.   
I am from Carlow.  All editions of Carloviana are on file in Carlow Library.  The staff there are extremely helpful, especially in the local history section.   You can contact them at    library[ - at - ]carlowcoco.ie   
By the way, I believe the authors name is Martin Nevin   not    Neven Martin.   
The library staff may even have an e-mail address for Martin which they could
let you have to mail him directly.   

I may be able to get in to the library over the next couple of weeks if you need to find out more.  Would be glad to help.
