1891 and 1901 census - completed
« on: Monday 29 August 11 18:43 BST (UK) »
Can anybody see an Ada Kate Allen b. 1887 in Barnet area.  She was in South Mymms, which comes under Barnet for her marriage in 1918, so am expecting her to be there on those census also.  Father is William Alfred Allen.

Kind regards

KA

Thank you both.

Funny how some people can be found and followed, no problem.  And others thwart you every step of the way. ::)

Perhaps Ada will be more 'helpful' in the 1911 census.  But somehow I doubt it.

Many thanks.

Kind regards

KA

I have tried to find the 1891 "Dence" family in 1881 but not having much luck.  If the surname can be confirmed - you could then check for a marriage between Allen and ???

Yes - Henry Druce was a greengrocer in 1891 - have a look at the 1881 entry for him b 1867 Notting Hill
