The book is called "Y Wladfa Fach Fynyddig. Situated in the parishes of Llanddewibrefi and Llanfairclydogau" by Rev David Williams, pub 1963

You may be able to get a copy of the page that mentions your relatives, from National Library of Wales or Ceredigion Library service.
