I have a copy of transcriptions of the Notts Protestation Returns from 1641/2. For each parish, all individuals (mostly men) who made the oath are recorded (as well as a few who refused).

There is a parish and a surname index, so I am happy to do any lookups. I have found the Protestation returns particularly useful when compared with the Notts Hearth Tax returns from 1664/74, which I am also happy to do lookups on.

I am researching recusancy in the midlands and have a reference to a Christopher Wass(e) who is in the Return. I would be interested to know what if anything is stated, or any other of his family.
