I'm Barbara and I do not have a cousin named Helen, that I know of ;-) in any case, but I do love new relatives ...

Who does your mom descend from? Percy Sinnett-Smith had five children:

- Ethel (married to William A. Wright, three daughters)
- Harriette (married, two daughters, neither which had children as they remained single according to family lore)
- Arthur (married / divorced, one daughter, one or two sons, none of which he recognized during his lifetime)
- William (married, no issue)
- James (married, two daughters, one son)

James was my grandfather. I know all my cousins (mostly male) from that line. Are you a Wright descendent?

B.

Yes, we are descended from Ethel and William Wright. My mum is the daughter of their second daughter, Ida. The Sheffield connection is fascinating because thatís where I live now!
