Do you know ages?  Have had a quick look on name index - there are 139 Thomas Preece's  ???

Hi Kev,

Have checked Llanwarne in 1851, but they,re not here by this time.  As Susan has said (above), the 1851 name index has no Preece's of correct age/name that cross reference with each other in order to pin-point your family.  Have you found them in 1861?  I was thinking may'be either mum or dad may have died and children have split up, may'be in service?  I know its only wild speculation but it does seem very strange they have disappeared.  One other explanation is they may be living just over the border into Wales, so are off the radar!!

If you come up with any other information I would be happy to look it up   :)

Lot of Luck
Sue
