Something of a long-shot but there`s this from 1861 census:-

Fanny Little, Head, M, 48, Ironer (?), Born Bath
George Tumbler. Lodger, Widower, 47, Labourer, Born Bath
John Kemmery, Nurse Child, 5, Born Bath

Living at Dover Street, Walcot, Bath
RG9/1690/91/7

onto my tree so that's great would it be possible
to get any more info on Jonathan William has its
new to me and its great news if you have any
other info I would be very gratefull many thanks

why I ask they married in 1854 so could there
be any more little kemery

I suspect Charles married again to a widow Ann Wickham nee Clark

They then had a daughter Clara

There's a Charles Kemery, Mason's Labourer, 55, born Batheaston in the Bath Workhouse in 1881. That fits with the one who died in 1891 and could well be your Charles even though the age is a few years out.
