Elizabeth CARTWRIGHT, bapt MORE 1804

Hi

I'm looking for info on Elizabeth CARTWRIGHT. In 1861 census she is living in BISHOPS CASTLE with her husband WILLIAM WATKIN and says she is 58 years old and was born in MORE, Shrops.
Also living with them is    MARY       'mother in law' to William as head of household and therefore mother to Elizabeth?
The only bapt I can find for Elizabeth Cartwright in More is 16 Nov 1804 but her parents are WILLIAM &      SARAH      Cartwright. SO Is Elizabeth's mother MARY or SARAH??
Can anyone shed light on this or have a connection please?

I have looked on familysearch and found Elizabeth's christening record and it looks a good match, maybe Sarah died and he re-married a Mary, Mary could have been Elizabeth's step-mother, I have looked for a possible second marriage for William, and there are few options but not knowing how the area's relate to More it is difficult to say

what  options did you find for a second marriage?  I can check the parishes in Phillimores.

Something that is sidetracking me is that there was a John & Mary having children in More at the relevant time.

I wondered if Sarah died as I can't find any siblings for Elizabeth.
