You could email the cemetery and see what information they have on their burial records for this couple.  Elizabeth O'Kane's burial date 13/03/1971 only appears on the cemetery's locate a deceased information bank if you use a space for the apostrophe.  I would image the informant for Peter's death would have been his wife but in 1971 the informant for Elizabeth would probably have been the missing daughters.

You could also contact the administrator at St. Anthony of Padua to see if family members still belong to this church.
