SCARDON Isabella nee BALDOCK- COMPLETED

Isabella was born to Thomas Baldock and Annie Chambers in Geelong on 25th June 1860. She has always been a problem in that I never found anything related to her life until recently on Trove where I found a family notice of her death inserted by her nieces and nephews which stated that she died suddenly in Sydney on July 25th 1935 and was privately interred.
The surname given in this notice was 'SCARDON'.
The date of the paper was 27th July 1935.
Unfortunately NSW BDM says that no-one of that surname has ever been born, married or died in NSW which seems strange.
Seems a very quick burial and she doesn't seem to have been taken to another state that I can find.
Any help at all with Isabella would be much appreciated.

Thank you. I tried several combinations of the name but not that one. She married in Wagga in 1911 but it seems to have been rather short.
