There was a Sarah Thomas born in Llandysilio on the 23rd September 1849 with a father Owen and mother Anne (nee Roberts).

I'm having a problem in getting Sarah's Birth certificate there has been a search for her certificate in 1849,1850 and 1851,1852 and they still can't find it what could the problem be, was there one issued ?
