Once you both have three posts you should have full access to the personal message system, which you can use to exchange recent details, email addresses etc in private.

Hello there, I came across this thread while doing a Google search for my own family history.

Patrick and Anastasia O'Brien from Hantoon Road were my great grandparents, their son William (Bill) being my maternal grandfather. I'd be interested in contacting anyone in this thread about the family history if you wish. Please let me know and I'll post the required 3 messages so I can access the private messaging system.

Maureen O Brien was my aunt.  She had two sisters, my Mother Catherine, Josie and a half sister Cecilia, and a brother Thomas.  I have managed to trace my grandfather Patrick O Neil but can not get back further than his marriage to my grandmother Bridget Balfe.  She married twice, firstly to a man called Doyle and then to my grandfather.  I have traced her family from the 1901 and 1911 census back to about 1850.

My grandparents lived at 99 St Aidans Villas for most of their married life and I lived with them there for 5 or 6 years.

Hello, I believe I am a direct descendant of Thomas Brien. Can we please discuss in private message? Thank you. Anna.

I have birth dates and, in some cases, death dates for my grandmothers family.

Hello, I'm interested in contacting you, I believe I am related. I'm not sure if this counts as one of my three posts?
