William Love

I'm trying to find out when and where William Love, my great great grandfather, was born. From the 1891 and 1901 censuses, I see he was born in Ireland around 1845. He married Catherine Lamont in 1865 in Paisley, Scotland. His parents are listed as James Love and Catherine Morra(?), but on his death record it's James Love and Catherine McDonald. He had 7 children, all born in Paisley.

Can anyone enlighten me as to how I can find more information about his birth. I have no idea what part of Ireland he's from and don't know where to look.
