Is it possible to find a birth for

CHAPPLE Clifford John....

Parents:  f = CHAPPLE  Clifford Clive  (died 1916 in France)
              m = GURR  Ethel Victoria    (died Dec 1915 in Adelaide)


so I assume Clifford would have been born between 1913 when parents married and 1915 when his mother died)

I wonder whether you have seen the 102 page WW2 record digitised for CLIFFORD JOHN CHAPPLE.

It clearly gives his birthdate and it contains a great deal of very personal information about him and his wife and daughters which will be of interest.

There is a photo too.

His father's ww1 record is digitised too.

Thanks Sue, I hadn't got that far yet but will tomorow... 

I had had a quick look at his father so I was able find where he died and was buried

Clifford john Chapple is my maternal grandfather and Clifford Clive Chapple is my Great Grandfather
