Rergister of Corected Entries

My great grandfather had his name changed when he was baptised, and I have obtained an image of the entry in the "Register of Corrected Entries", dated September 15th 1873.
There is a note at the top of the page which I cannot read, and which appears to be dated 6 February 1874.  Any ideas?

"M D L Eye
6 Feby 1874"

I think it's the initials of the person who made the corrected entry (amendments to legal documents are often initialled)

Wow, quick replies.
I didn't want to post the complete image, in case there was a copyright issue, but the name of the reverend involved was George Charles (incidentally, my great grandfathers name was changed from Robert to George Charles !!!), and the registrar named on corrected entry has a surname which seems to start with a letter L, but I can't read that either.

I think it's "N (or M) ADL Exr".  What that means I have no idea!

Registrar's name looks to be "Alexr (i.e. Alexander) Lemon"

I also think Pru is correct, and am wondering if Exr means Executor?  I know this is not a will, but if you look up the definition of executor it broadly means someone who's task it is to carry something out.  So it could be the initials of Mr Lemon the registrar who carried out the name change?

Just have to figure out what it means now, and/or why a note was added several months after the entry.

Whippby - seems exr is one accepted abbreviation for executor.
