Have you tried the link given by TreeSpirit above? That is working, I have just tried it, you have to click on the indexes and go from there.

All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

You maybe experiencing problems with the browser that you are using, the link works for me too. If you are using windows for example please try google chrome or firefox.
