Anglin memorial in Selskar Abbey, Wexford reads:

"Erected by Rebecca Anglin
in memory of her husband James Anglin who departed this life 17th December 1881
aged 76 years
also her six infant children
also her sons
John and Thomas lost at sea
her beloved daughter Annie Maria
died Jan 31st 1890
the above Rebecca Anglin
died Dec 9th 1899 aged 81"

Presumably they are related in some way?

A further memorial uncovered in cemetery of Selskar Abbey, Wexford a short while ago

John Anglin
died 15th January
1846
Also his two Sisters
Sarah Stevenson who died June 12 1879
aged 77 yrs. And Mary Anglin
died Feb 16th 1886 aged 74 yrs
The latter bequeathed a large sum of money
to the Parish of Wexford and
to the poor of the town without
religious distinction.

There are 2 other graves in the Anglin enclosure - if I get inscriptions for these I will post them also.

Cheers :-)

Please note correction to 1st inscription  ::)

See attached extract from Freemans Journal (Aug 16th 1825) confirming year of death (assuming it was Wednesday night/Thursday morning - 11th August was a Thursday!)
