Did they emigrate?

Looking for information regarding three sisters, Johanne Steel Gray, born 1898, Mary Steel Gray, born, 1893, and Jeannie Pedan Gray, born 1896, all in Linlithgowshire.
Their parent's were Napoleon Bonaparte Gray and Mary Clark Steel.
My thoughts are they must have emigrated as I can't find them anywhere.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Have you already checked the 1911 census for them?

If they were still in Scotland in 1911 - have you checked Scotlands People for marriages/deaths

I don't see them on any of the passenger lists so far.  For other helpers, here they are on the 1901 in Linlithgow, West Lothian

Napoleon B Gray, 36, shale miner - hewer, b. Musselburgh, Midlothian
Mary, w, 33
Richard, s,  13
Willie, s, 9
Mary, d, 7
Jeanie, d, 5
Thomas, s, 3
Johanna, 1

All but Napoleon b. Linlithgow.


I'll do some more checking on other sites.

There's a death showing for Napoleon B Gray, 1905, Livingston, West Lothian. Aged 40.

I wonder if Mary re-married and the children took the new surname or the family split up

      A quick check on SP
Could not find Johanne but Mary Steel Gray other name Connor mother ms Steel died 1992 aged 91 in  Kilbirnie /Beith and Dalry

Jeannie Peden Gray other name Conlon mothers ms Steel died aged 82 in 1978 in Edinburgh St. Andrews.
