Evening all,
Would some one be able to lookup a baptism please for EDMUND JAMES circa 1817 and a death if possible for about 1867
he has children on census records born in llangarron, emma-1850, william-1853 and elizabeth mary-1857
i have his wife as Hannah married in monmouthshire 1841
any info very much appreciated

Have you checked freebmd for a death - if you want to know his actual death date you will have to buy a copy of his death cert as members of the public do not have access to that info

Llangarron was in the Ross registration district

The Llangarron BMD's on line are patchy, I found nothing that linked.
1842 - Edmund James married Hannah Jones, registered Abergavenny
1851 census Hannah's father is included but I think he may be older than is stated
His place of birth is Shirenewton, and Thomas Jones the son of Edward and Elizabeth was baptised there 26th February 1769.  I might have missed a later one
