The parish for the area is listed as 'Athleague & Fuerty' and there's another church in Athleague town - so I suspect the one at Creemully & Aghagad Beg might be a chapel of ease.

a chapel of ease is like a secondary church within a parish, so records for it (baptisms, marriages etc) would usually  be recorded in the parish church - in this case I'd say in Athleague town.

I'm assuming that since the parish was named Athleague, it probably was based in the town...
