John Brunlees / Margaret Rutherford

John (c1784) married Margaret (c1785) and had children Ann (c1813), Agnes (1814), James William (1816), Jane Innes (1818), Anne (1820), John (1822) and Robert (1824).  All but Ann known to have been born in Kelso; Ann simply known to be from Roxburghshire.

John (c1784) was born at Mellerstains, Berwickshire and died in Broomlands, Kelso in 1854.  Nothing known of his parents.

Margaret was born in Eyemouth, Berwickshire, the daughter of John Rutherford about whom nothing more is known.

Jane Innes Brunlees is my GG Grandmother and she married Andrew Paterson of Kelso.  Her brother James William became Sir James Brunlees about whom I know quite a lot.

Information about the other children and the parents of John and Margaret would be much appreciated.

From information in the IGIs Margaret Rutherford was christened 10 Aug 1788 Eyemouth.
Father John Rutherford mother Agnes Bennet.   Margaret married John Brownlee(s) and died 6 Aug 1864.   If she died in Scotland a copy of her death cert. can be had from Scotlandspeople.    John Rutherford and Agnes Bennet married 13 May 1787 Ayton/Eyemouth, Berwickshire.   The name Brunlee(s) would become Brownlee(s).
