Wanting more information on my Gt Grandfather Peter Robert Wright Moncur - died in Sunderland in 1946 -

The only Peter Moncur I can see in the death records was in 1949.

Do you know anything else at all about him? Wife's name? Age?

I did find (FreeBMD website) a Peter Moncur, age 69, died 1949, in Sunderland district but not sure if this could be your great-grandfather.

But neither of these records gives a middle name. Where did the Robert wright bit come from?

He has his occupation listed as Joiner.
