Photos of Unknown Relatives

I've inherited some photos of unknown relatives. They are possibly from the Shropshire area, could be related to the Brown or Spruce families.
Would love to give them a name.

If you don't get an answer here maybe a post on the Shropshire board  where you put the two possible surnames in the subject line might help.
