Marriage lookup - Rothwell & Miller

Does anyone have access to Isle of Man marriage records please. 
I have found one reference to a marriage between Anne Maria Rothwell and Robert Miller for 23 July 1856 in Ramsey.  I cannot however find reference to this in any other on-line searches.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

The marriage is on the IGI Pilot site and shows both fathers names plus church

Hi Carole - this was where I had seen reference to this marriage, but I have been unable to verify it elsewhere.
It was just a shot in the dark really as the marriage I am searching for does not seem to appear anywhere, and the Isle of Man entry was the only one in which the names vaguely matched.

In 1861 they are living in Thornton Lancs

Thank you Carole.  These are definitely not the ones I am seeking as "my" Ann was a widow by the 1861 census.
