The 1917 Passport Application for Francis Louis Fassitt contains quite a lot of information. He says all his relatives live in the USA. His mother has been an invalid for over 20 years and obliged to live in Nice because of the climate.
Four-Fifths of his fortune is also invested in the USA. He is one of the heirs of a trust estate under the will of his granfather John Mortimer Jnr managed by the United States Trust Company of New York. Francis does not pay US Tax.
Contains a photograph of him.
