Edith Brown b. 1885 Daughter of Thomas and Jane

Hello    Edith is My grandmother's cousin.   She is married by 1911 and I think her married name may be Davies.  I would like to find her descendents to trade photographs.   
    Too many Edith Davies in the 1911 so was wondering if the BMD idexes had middle names listed so I could narrow my Edith choices down.   My mother's address book had a mrs. L Daves in london that might be Edith and there was a marriage to Edith Brown and a Leonard Davies between 1901 and 1911.
    Thank you for your help.  I have the family  in the 1881, 1891, and 1901 censuses.

I'm a bit confused as to what you're looking for help with! You mention middle names, but I can't see any sign of Edith Brown having had one. (Her likely birth registration from www.freebmd.org.uk: Edith Brown, Sep qtr 1884 Cardiff 11a 365).

Is this the marriage you refer to (from FreeBMD)?

on the same page, Cardiff 11a 609.

If those details match what you know from family sources it might be worth looking for David Leonard Davies in 1911.  We can't do lookups of that census on Rootschat, but a free index search suggests he was in the Cardiff registration district.

Edith 's brothers had middle names.  Just trying separate all those Edith davies  some of them had middle names so knowing she didn't is very helpful..  thank you.
     I looked for David Leonard with no success.  Then just Leonard because of my Mom's address book.  No leonard married to Edith.  so frustrating.   happy for any ideas.    LizR

I found her.  She was married to David Leonard Davies and had a daughter by 1911  Edith Marjory born 1st Qtr of 1911.  After WW2 they were living in London.   Leonard appears to have served in the Great War in 1915.   Thanks for all your help.   Liz R
