Thank you.  I dont know how they connect with my family but it is nice to have other pieces to this Genealogy puzzle.  Its so nice to have others help with all this.  It's too bad there is a big big ocean between the US and Ireland.    Merry Christmas :)

Just came across this post today.  Are you still trying to trace the Grennan family?  James Grennan married a great aunt of mine.  She was born in 1904 so you may be able to place this James into the tree.  These Grennans came from Rahan (as did my grandmother). I have this branch of the Grennan family documented.  If you want, I will transcribe it and send it to you.

Hi Gerry,
Thanks for answering my post.  Its been so long since I wrote on here it took me a while to figure out how to answer you back.  If you have any Grennan information, I'd love to see it.  James my Grandfather was born in 1879 and married Alice Coghlan. There are many James in the family but I'm interested in everyone. I hope I attached the photos correctly. This James came to the US about 1903. Lived in Ansonia, Connecticut then Jackson, Michigan. Died in 1964 Alice died in 1966 (Both in Jackson, Michigan. One photo is their wedding photo in 1909 the other is of James and his brothers, probably before he left Ireland. You may get this more than once. I had a terrible time making this attach and send. Thanks for writing to me
