Hi I was wondering can someone help me trans late below and how would the family be connected to this famlly

DIGNAN – Erected by Patrick Dignan, Plattin, to his father Cormick Dignan who died 12th Sept. 1797 aged 57 years. Also his grandfather Laurence Dignan who died 6th Jan. 1792 aged 76 years. The above Patrick Dignan did the 2nd day of Jan 1803 aged 29 years. His mother Mary died Aug. 1823 and his brother Bernard died Aug. 1880. Also Bridget McDonnell, mother of Bernard McDonnell, Bull Ring, Drogheda who died June 1860 aged 37 ye

No obvious connection to the inscription on the gravestone. If the Mary on the stone is the mother here, then Bernard (from the stone) should have been mentioned amongst the brothers (assuming the document predates 1880). If William is one of the brothers, that would make six, not five. See what other eyes suggest.

Hi I think Larry could be that name its short for Laurence and im thinking that Laruence is the grand father as its very near the same area and Josh could be Joseph as Joseph has been in the family for further generations but William i dont know were it comes from but on the griffits evulation there is a William living in the same house as the Thomas man
