Please if anyone knows the family of Ceinwen + Emrys Owens that many years ago run a travel shop in the arcade in llanelli .  Please would they pass a message we are hoping to find where my husbands grandmother catherine jones origanated from her father was john jones, we beleive Ceinwen was her neice.  Catherines married name was Powell lived in penygraig rhondda valley many years ago ceinwen+hubby used to visit her this is the only route possible to get any information as we know of no other family they are all deceased can anyone please help dont want living relatives to be in contact i respect their privacy just need some help  Many Thanks

What dates are we talking?
Can you not research vis the usual routes - ie censuses/BMD certs etc?

Have you got Catherine's marriage cert to Mr Powell?
Have you got her on a census with her father John(dependong on dates of course)
HAve you got her birth cert, showing both father and mother incl maiden name, and place she was born?
From that have you found her parents marriage? And thus the name of John's father from the marriage cert?

We have catherines marriage certificate in 1917 she married joseph james powell at the time of her marriage she was living at 23 Tylycelyn Road in penygraig nr tonypandy
on certificate her fathers name was john jones i have been told recently there was 3 children catherine+elizabeth+ thomas but no more info
