completed - deleted folder from Microsoft Outlook

Hi,
I deleted one of my own folders in my microsoft outlook which I use, forgetting I had a sub folder with it and of course both have gone.  Unfortunately it didn't go to the deleted items folder, but deleted completely.
I have read about recuva on these pages and want to know will it recover my folder for me as you can see I am a complete 'idiot' for doing this, but I do need that folder back!

It's been along time since I deleted a folder but I have a feeling that the last time I did so it end up as a sub-fodler under the Deleted Items folder itself. Has the Deleted Items folder got a + sign beside it?
