BOWE: looking for old photo's and family bible.

I am trying to find any information about my BOWE family. The family home in Middlesborough was closed up with all it's belongings in it, during WW2 as my Grandfather had died intestate and apparently the contents of the house went to a solicitor or someone like that to be sold. And of course forever lost to the rest of the family down the road. Any help would be really appreciated as I am here in Canada. thanks
